Pros
There's a reason people who work here stick around for a long time – it's one of the most collaborative, stimulating businesses I've ever worked for. Leadership are always willing to hear new ideas and hiring is performed carefully based on the needs of the business and culture fit. What's more, being fully hybrid (Yes, none of that "mandatory days in the office" stuff), makes it a great place for people with families. Everyone is also super focused on the success of the business and doing great work, while at the same time being conscious of the fact that everyone has a personal life too. Oh, and there are a host of great benefits! Summer half-day Fridays, insurance coverage, an AMAZING parental leave policy and more. I'd give Starshipit 10/10 if I could.

There have been some growing pains in terms of finding the right people to grow the team, but for a business that's been around for over 10 years, it's a pretty minor issue.
