      Pros

      They treat there employees well paid in house training, nice vans, good shop tools. Having a company credit card makes expenses a breeze

      Cons

      Lots of overtime. Management doesn't respect work life balance. Poor promotion prospects. Scheduling is a constant issue. management does not wont to make changes, so if you complain or give them a bad review you will be laid off

      Loved the culture, great atmosphere to learn, and the team is the best. Best XMAS parties ever. Learned a ton and very happy to have had the opportunity to work here...

      Nothing really - just could not turn down the new opportunity.

      They pay okay and there are some really good people there

      Cons

      stab you in the back management. Before considering working for them, ask them why they have 20% turn over rate for employees.
