      Can learn skills to talk with high EQ and handle issues while multitasking

      Cons

      work under high pressure and high KPI. Once you don't hit your KPI, you will need to attend the training and won't have bonus.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
