      Pros

      Colleagues were great to work with. Still friends with people I met there. Leadership and coaching were great for me.

      Cons

      Micromanaging from the business we were contracted for. Their reps watched over our shoulder's too much and wanted to dictate how we coached and what counted as a good call or not.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
