Training is thorough. They have employee days with cake.
Cons
Pay is low for all the work you do. Store reps are rude and unprofessional to you and nothing is done. At your weekly coaching, they say you'll receive your bonus. Payday comes and its not. Your "quotas" aren't low enough.
