Pros
- decent pay for this type of work, decent benefits package - I had a great supervisor - solid and pretty thorough training and support
Cons
- no room for long-term growth. You can move up in from customer service rep to do escalations or management, but there's not that far to go - some really awesome co-workers, and some very unprofessional co-workers that treated the workplace like a high school drama festival - work can be monotonous
