Pros

Paid Time Off possibility. slight opportunity for advancement. Training is usually Monday through Friday. Possibility of overtime. Multiple shifts to choose from.

Cons

Every 6 months you go through a "shift bid" basically after each and every call the customer gets to rate you in different aspects "quality, helpfulness, attitude, etc. At the end of the 6 months they tally up all of your scores and you get put on a list of 400+ people ranking #1 (the best in the site) to #400 (the worst in the site). You then have the opportunity to pick a new shift. The down side no matter how well you do on every call if someone just wants to be mean or is having a bad day they can can score your call low and in turn ruin your chance of a good shift. When the new Iphone comes out you might as well expect required overtime no if and or buts about it.
