Pros
Training was very good before putting you on the floor. Supervisors were always supportive. It was used as a short term job while searching for better career match and so need were met in that regard.
Cons
You were timed on calls and sometimes it took forever for help in assisting with caller and you got dinged for transfers. To much negative actions to try to help customer is best way possible. Very stressful job.
