Multiple employees have been hospitalized as a result of the stress of this job. High turnover rate. Upper management has their heads in the sand. And don't even get me started on the unrealistic expectations put on everyone -- agents, trainers, coaches, QA -- from upper management, paired with a complete and utter lack of empathy. Ironic, considering how badly they harp on empathy towards customers.
