Pros

Working from home is great! This job saved me a lot of money in gas. I love helping customers with there problems and solving there issues.

Cons

Putting a time limit on trouble shooting customers problems. Tools locks up or freezes and you have to reboot the tool or computer too much. Following KB flow to solve issues are not correct. Some of the dispatches could be solved if you would of not been rated by your AHT. You only has 11 minutes per call to solve customers issues.
