Pros

Some good people working there, however they should be looking elsewhere where they would get paid far more (deservedly so).

Cons

-The worst pay from any Customer Service job I've seen in Melbourne ($22p/h which is barely enough to survive). -UNPAID BREAKS - most employers pay for your two 15 min rest breaks, Startek does not. -Insane focus on KPIs and they display them to your whole department for everyone to see - almost making it a game and a way to humiliate staff who have worse statistics.
