Pros
Department I worked in was wonderful but since we were a unique department within the call center it made a the difference. We did not have to dress up and if need be adjust our hours for appointments.
Cons
The management of Startek only cared about the other lines of businesses and seemed to forget our department existed. They only cared about the bottom line and for some reason being a bad employee was rewarded and good loyal employees fired.
