      Work From Home....that is the only pro here

      Cons

      Worst company, worst management, worst bosses, worst hr.....they have no sympathy or appreciation for employees but when comes to giving ztp or putting out any mistakes of the agents they wont think twice to do it

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
