Pros
- The career growth is very promising for a fast-learner and people who are able to express their ideas and communicate properly with the higher ups. - The team members under the supervision of the English Team Leader (TL) for Klook Project is very entertaining and fun to work with.
Cons
- Bad English TL (Klook Project) who does not know how to treat members equally. TL also did not portray satisfactory leadership skills and did not correctly advise the team members who were making mistakes. - The said TL did not take actions seriously on improving her mistakes that she did but keep on defending herself over the critiques / rating / comments given regarding the attitude. - The TL did not deserve to be a TL since she could not keep herself updated with the client's requirements proactively. - TL is racist. When spoken about this matter, the TL keep defending herself with unjust reasonings. - TL is slow when catering to any issue that comes up that requires TL's attention. For example, escalation / approval matter. - TL is too stressed about little things, such as when subordinates are chatting to each other (when their work is already done and no chats are coming in), and ends up asking everybody to face towards the PC. Overall, the experience with the English TL for Klook Project was a very terrible one, which was one of the reasons why I left this company.
