Pros
The people at StarTek are great. they are constantly doing things to boost morale and keep people in a good mood. They leave you the hell alone and let you do your job as long as you arent making a lot of mistakes. If you want somewhere you can go to work, and go home, and not really think much about it beyond that and your paycheck this is it. The bonuses are great too. I typically averaged in the six months I was there around 500-600$ per month in bonuses.
Cons
It doesnt pay to try and advance, so if 10-11$ an hour is your goal, great. But if you take on a coach role you'll actually lose money.
