Pros
My experience at Starweaver was very positive because of the strong learning opportunities and supportive work culture. I got hands-on exposure to NodeJs for backend development (which was completely new for me) and worked with several libraries in REACT and NextJs, which helped me grow as a full-stack developer. The collaborative culture was also great-colleagues were always ready to help and share knowledge, which created a very friendly and motivating environment.
Cons
The main challenge I faced was with the reuse of the same components by extending props repeatedly, which sometimes made components heavier that needed and caused confusion in the flow. This occasionally led to extra effort to resolve issues. Improving component structure and re-usability practices could make the development process more efficient.
