Getting better - Employee Stash Employee Review

There are many people here who hate that the company has changed. Their negativity drags me down. Massive shift in leadership (in my opinion for the good) has created some really tough challenges. I believe it will be okay eventually, but we’re rebuilding processes and removing unnecessary ones. Still very slow development cycle, and at times very waterfall style process.
