1. There are a few decent people inside the company. 2. Provides lunch to employees 3. Gets company products at discounted rates

1. Extremely politicized and employees are under a lot of pressure due to the inability of the higher management to get along. 2. Has a blame and gossip culture from top to bottom. 3. No room for growth as the management is unwilling to explore/ spend on non-traditional methods for management/ marketing/sales. 4. Work on Saturdays until 3pm 5. Compensation is much below industry rates.
