-Too many bad front line managers. Too many don't understand how to do the job in todays world. Thry were an adjuster 15+ years ago when you could get anything approved or deny anythung with little to zero oversight. Now its a maddness of red tape, poor teaching, poor leadership, and arrogance.
-Work life balance is horrible.
