Pros

I worked directly for the boss Jon Perlman, hes super hands on with training the first 2-4 weeks, helped me learn everything at the beginning and then 2 years later started helping me learn and sell commercial properties too He moved his entire team over off of SSP recently i heard but when i was there he was such a good coach, mentor and i received my commissions super fast from him, where i have heard other companies in the industry take foreverrr!!

Cons

it can take 30-45 days to get paid by the bldgs, nothing to do with ssp though

Pros

Working for Jon and SSP was genuinely a great experience. I made really good money, and I always got paid on time for every single deal—no issues there at all. Jon is super personable and fun to work with. He truly cares about his team and always has your best interest in mind. He can be tough sometimes, but it's only because he wants to see you succeed. He’s always there to answer questions, offer support, and push you to grow. You will not find another internship like this one! Would reccommend to anyone.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

I worked here as a summer intern and had an outstanding experience. The role gives you the freedom to essentially run your own business, which is both empowering and rewarding. Jon, the leader and mentor, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your success. One of the biggest perks is the unlimited earning potential, you start making money right away, and payments are fast. It’s a great opportunity to learn, grow, and get paid well for your efforts.

Cons

I find no cons with this. If you like to work and be busy all summer then it’s great! Those of us that don’t like to work everyday could find that as a con.
