The only con is not with the company, but the industry - it's taxing, and exhausting, and after 10 years, I needed a change.

Poor work culture and micro management. Office politics I was kicked out with absolutely zero communication. Performed really well in the first two months. Got multiple appreciation. However, on the 3rd month I got a call from my recruiter saying your contract is terminated with a vague reason. The old BA was saving his/her job by ensuring I am out. Insane politics. However as per contract they paid me two weeks salary.
