Pros

Been working with the same people for years and hope to for years to come. It's a growth company, so we're going places. It was less than 10 people when I started out, now it's 200+.

Cons

It's a growth company, and that means change. Not everyone likes change, but I'd rather figure new things out as we evolve and learn what works and what doesn't than do the exact same thing day in and out for eternity.

Pros

This company is one where learning something new every day is the norm. Successful people in this company are ones that truly mean it when they say they enjoy learning new things, adapt well to changes in daily practices and feel a sense of ownership and initiative in their role. This company does not abide by a "micro-management" mentality. Everyone here (staff and management) is held to the same expectation that our work is to be done with professionalism and integrity. Management does a great job of setting an example for everyone of working hard and always asking the question: "How can we do better for our customers, our people and our organization?" Many facets of our company are being redefined or refocused for an improved experience for our customers and we are looking for customer champions to join our team and add value to our way of working with an encouraging attitude and helpful spirit.

Cons

We work hard here. People here regularly contribute ideas and questions that force us to be better. If that's not your thing, please consider applying elsewhere. This company is one where daily tasks and the total summary of your role are largely defined by you (and usually your immediate supervisor). So, this is not always a best fit for people who are looking for a company to provide them with set parameters and structure. Help is always given when asked for it, but you have to be willing to speak up and ask.
