Pros

Total flexibility with disabled workers allowing those with disabilities great opportunities to work from home. Caring and understanding leadership that worked with you, not against you. Close knit family type work environment, resulting in pride with services provided the clients. Leadership easy to talk to and willing to listen

Cons

Pay is low. But understanding the nature of outsourcing and that offshore companies are extremely hard to compete with because they can higher works really cheap, means to compete for the contracts, they must bid the lowest they possibly can. And while this company is a God send to Americans with disabilities, the company must remain profitable as well to be there for disabled veterans like me.

Pros

Great company compassionate About their agents. Family oriented and understanding. Benefits were great too. There was room for advancements. I love my StatesideBpo

Cons

Pay not so good but due to contract I'm sure.

Pros

They offer a flexible work at home schedule, and a huge plus was that I did not have to commute to work. The job is pretty simple and easy to grasp.

Cons

Sometimes they ask you to work additional hours, but only if you are able to. You have to meet sales goals which can sometimes be nerve racking because then management speaks to you about improving your performance if you do not sell as much as required.
