      Please keep notes of every interaction. Management is dishonest. The staff (coworkers) are afraid to speak up because they are afraid of retaliation. This company has been rebranded as Ability Go.

      Meeting new people will similar interest and values.

      Great company compassionate About their agents. Family oriented and understanding. Benefits were great too. There was room for advancements. I love my StatesideBpo

      Pay not so good but due to contract I'm sure.

      Pros

      They offer a flexible work at home schedule, and a huge plus was that I did not have to commute to work. The job is pretty simple and easy to grasp.

      Cons

      Sometimes they ask you to work additional hours, but only if you are able to. You have to meet sales goals which can sometimes be nerve racking because then management speaks to you about improving your performance if you do not sell as much as required.
