Lovely team, amazing product and startup cukture

High workload, Odd hours due to location of team

The setting was so fun and laid back and the staff was all young individuals with a propensity for social media. Everyone had a fun sense of humor and really cared about the startup's goals.

The work environment was a bit disorganized, with things changing rapidly, although that's the land of the startup.
