They are flexible and have good work life balance

Not much diversity within company

My coworkers were thoughtful and knowledgeable and willing to share their time to train interns. Statkraft treated us very well and like full-time employees, allowing us to travel for work and such. I learned a lot over the weeks I was there and I am forever grateful for the experience. If you have the opportunity, reach out to colleagues in different divisions because they all have slightly different cultures and work habits so it really helps to get an inside view.

If you intern over the summer lots of full-time employees take holidays in July. It is understandable but disappointing that we don't have more time to work with them.
