Pros

I've worked for companies of various sizes, including Fortune 50 organizations. Working for Status Not Quo (SNQ) has been the best experience by far! The executive team truly cares about you and your family. Everyone you work with is authentic and real. I think part of that is because the company loves talking about how "we are a drama free environment". SNQ is the real deal. I truly feel like I contribute to the organization as a whole and that really matters to me. Other perks: --Snacks and drinks are free --They pay for your dry cleaning --You are surrounded by people that can help you with your grammar --Espresso machine is available for everyone --The company will randomly buy Starbucks drinks for everyone --Developers are a very quiet group of people

Cons

There really aren't too many "cons" but if I had to name two I would say... (1) Depending upon the time of year the sun shines through the front office windows and it feels like your retinas will catch fire. (2) Sometimes someone will put disco music on the Sonos sound system. Who does that?!

Pros

SNQ is a great company that I have the privilege of working for. Everyone is super friendly with a great sense of humor, extremely talented, and we work really hard - BUT we enjoy it because we get to work on fun projects. The workplace has started to feel like family and I feel that I get the work-life balance I have always wanted especially coming from past stressful environments. As an employee, you are definitely valued and have the opportunity for growth which is a great feeling that you don't get elsewhere nowadays. We have fun events! The office culture of SNQ isn't like most. It's work hard, play hard - and that's what makes SNQ awesome.

Cons

Around sunset, the sun's glare peeps through a small opening from the blinds that burns my eyeballs. And sometimes it gets cold because someone sets the A/C temperature setting to "Siberia". You may find Justin Bieber hiding in some places (behind the TV, behind the water cooler, in the bathroom). This may be a pro to some Beliebers.
