It has some pros after all!!! 1. You will be in no trouble if you have a decent client (keeping in mind they have only 2-3 decent ones, most are temp) 2. GIves WFH

A lot!!! 1. If you don't have clients then you are in deep trouble here, they will make sure that your life is living hell. They straight up say either find a new job or live our life on their terms, which includes shifting to on-moment notice, micro-management at its peak, and even after that they don't set up any interview with their client cause they don't have much. 2. Fake PIP, they will try everything in their power to make you quit, which includes putting you on fake pip without any reason (legit) 3. PIPs also make you ineligible for severance over here 4. Very poor communication, you will have to wait for weeks to get a simple Y/N response from HRs and managers. Nobody here replies and I mean nobody
