It’s unfortunate that you haven’t had a positive experience with us here at Fattmerchant. While we set our sales quotas to be challenging, it’s never our intention to make them impossible to reach. These goals are set based on historical company data, market analysis, and strategic pricing meetings to ensure that everyone is capable of achieving their individual targets with the right processes, effort, skill sets, and attitude. Actually, we had a 90%+ Quota Attainment across all of our team members for the last 4 years. We strive to set our expectations with every sales candidate interview, every new hire training/onboarding session, and continuously throughout the year.
