Questionable management - Manager StaySafe Employee Review

Cheap, outdated fish bowl style office. Disjointed team all working in different areas of the country, with a small unmotivated central team in London. Micro-managing and old fashioned style management from CEO in general who doesn’t listen to employees. Strange hierarchy and promotions made only to pals of the CEO who were predominantly male and allowed to do what they want, such as vaping indoors and watching TV loudly on their laptop etc.
