Over the last several years I've been working for this company, my department has remained the best part of this job. I have developed many close friendships over those years and our leadership WITHIN the department is phenomenal.

I have lost count of the number of leadership changes we've gone through since 2012. With each new CEO comes a new vision, more changes, and complete disregard for what's ACTUALLY been working in the past. We now have a chief commercial officer who lauds employees that work at all hours of the night and through their scheduled PTO, all while the CEO emphasizes being a "wellness" company. Does that not include mental health? Does overall well being not include your personal life and time spent outside your job? Their benefits are horrible. They finally changed them up, and actually made them worse than they were. The last round of layoffs were especially difficult. a lot of really great people were let go to make way for a large number of new sales people. It's quite obvious the direction they are taking is strictly focused on revenue generation, not quality of service, or even quality solutions. Just get the sale.
