      Pros

      Chilled out work environment. They do not put too much of pressure. Good place to learn new stuff but don't expect them to give a good pay.

      Cons

      The company is facing a lot of turmoil as the coal is getting out of fashion and they are finding hard to sustain. Limited growth opportunities for employees.

      Pros

      STEAG offers competitive salary, compensation and benefits. They also provide training for employees, internal and external training to improve their knowledge and skills. Jobs on these industries normally offers higher salary grade compared to otehr industries.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge but can be worked out. Open communication should be improved from Top Management down to all employees for better transparency on company goals .
