      Pros

      I was able to move up from server to manager fairly easily

      Cons

      Managers have to do everyone's jobs because of the pressure from district managers to keep labor costs low. 10 hour work days are actually 12 or more.

      Totally love being able to get a meal comped each shift

      Cons

      The minimum wage, yes tips are nice but we need livable wages as well
