Pros
It was a great place to get into sales and marketing and to learn how to do it. The owner is a great guy and became a personal friend.
Cons
There was no long-term commitment to a sales strategy from the top leadership so the focus shifted to whatever works today. What was misty in his mind was foggy in mine.
