      Pros

      Uhhhhh. Yeah! Drawing a complete blank.

      Cons

      Management lacks vision. Completely disorganized operational structure. Controller is a great accountant, BUT, has no idea about how to manage operations. No raises, no promotions, no reviews, no appreciation, no responsibility for ones actions, pathetic oversight. I could go on for hours.
