Steel Road Group review - Fleet Administrator Steelroad Group Employee Review

Everyone has their own desk/space. Management is more than willing to work with employees for time off. 2 weeks PTO after 90 days. Company Events and Holiday dinners (last Christmas was Ruth Chris Steakhouse). Management is great, very friendly, open-door policy and very helpful.

No remote work Some departments have to work holidays. Can be very busy at times, but Management is always willing to help.

- Competitve pay - Good hours (if your day shift) - Company dinners and outtings every couple months - Good Management - Lunch breaks can be an hour if you ask

- Unsanitary working conditions - A lot of workers share desks - Overcrowded offices and workspaces at times - 90 day reviews usually late - Dealing with irritable truck drivers who speak broken english and getting cursed at. - Had a worker with Covid still come to work but was told to stay outside to train drivers.
