Pros

Nothing good about this company

Cons

Steerwise is managed by two unethical and dishonest people. I was made to believe by the COO of the company that the company has large initiatives, long-term projects with clients especially with one of the largest Japanese automobile company based in California and Texas. I was given a letter of confirmation to start at client's site by the CEO. In addition, both the CEO and COO committed to provide me with an agreement (SOW) contract copy from the client for my H1b visa amendment. After started my work with the company for a week, I reminded and requested for the client’s SOW contract agreement copy for my H1b visa amendment but they were not able to provide. Few days later, the two frauds informed that there was no binding long-term contract exist with the client. The Steerwise management terminated my contract within two weeks because they were not able to deliver the client’s SOW for my H1b amendment. Furthermore, they expected me to work on something that I was not hire for and demanded to stay working hours at the client’s site. Steerwise act is an abuse and not following the HR/Labour law hence I have filed the complaint with the Automobile Human Resource office on unethical recruitment process where the management has misused/mislead the automobile name in hiring process.
