Pros
The freedom to work as a team without the direct supervision of our manager. This allowed for more freedom to organize and work amongst ourselves without being micro-managed.
Cons
Absolutely no room for growth, even though they tell you otherwise. Our entire department was outsourced with little notice, even when questioned about it due to rising suspicions.
