Pros
The people that work there are what make this company a fun place to work and it's what kept me going for the last 6 years. Benefits are decent and the company tries to invest in training and developing its people.
Cons
Sometimes I wish things were more transparent. Higher management looks mostly at numbers. Factory system that doesn't work.
