      Good for career shifters. Accepts non-IT grads as long as you have a technical background experience. Great management and a lots of benefits provided to employees.

      Cons

      HMO doesn’t have a free dependent but other than that, no other cons for me.

      Really just let you do your work for them

      Not a lot of benefits and with being remote there's not a lot of opportunities to get to know the rest of your team
