It's very diverse, as a medium office you will be in D.D, C.D and post construction phases of multiple projects at the same time. Touch multiple areas of the field at the same time. no pigeon holding, work-life balance is possible if you stand your ground or you will be taken advantage of. place is good for about 2 years you will learn a lot on your own about Multi family residential construction, then you will plateau and will be a production worker
