      Pros

      In the field training, benefits, quarter bonuses, sign bonuses after exit completion, overtime, shift flexible, uniform covered

      Cons

      Maybe forced to come on to work on day off ( supervisor level cover shift) Maybe mandated to for a 16 hour shift. Shift Diff is only for third shift. Performance Tracking

      People are wonderful. Friendly and welcoming. Good work/life balance.

      Not sure what the future of the company will be. Seems to be breaking up into pieces.
