Very considerate of personal issues where time off or a change in schedule is needed. Holds lots of events for employees
Cons
Micro management is a real problem, most members of management lack technical experience with presses. Management expects everything to be done perfectly in an unreasonable amount of time. Mistakes by employees are not tolerated. No accountability for upper level employees
