1) Workplace flexibility/remote working 2) Continue and increase employee training on new technologies and trends 3) Continue the induction process/onboarding process 4) Continue the mentorship program

1) Mismatch between professional development plan (ad personam) and exit strategy (to all) 2) Limiting remote working to own country 3) Have a fixed minimum attendance quota in the office 4)It is not possible to use Stellantis offices in other cities (e.g. Milan) for office presence. This is an unused potential of Stellantis that would bring more flexibility for employees 5) Getting rid of too complex and rigid internal procesess (high tech can be of help) 5)average salaries too low compared to the market 6)no meal vouchers on smart working days 7)Review the employee car policy

Pros

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Cons

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
