Industry transformation to EVs is very challenging and questionable as long term strategy.

I Cant think of anything

Stellantis is stuck in the 80's, no adjustments in pay except for maybe a 1-3% raise if you're lucky. No room for advancements due to lack of employees. You are told you can move throughout the company but when you try, management will block the move. Every group is understaffed, and over worked. Every other month purchasing is frozen so you cannot order the lab supplies necessary to perform your job.
