Pros

You get to work on some interesting projects sometimes and the development and design teams are full of great people (although they are all leaving or being laid off).

Cons

Completely out of touch and tone deaf leadership that is stripping away everything that was once good about the amazing companies they acquired. A pay freeze is in place with no end in sight currently and therefore no real growth opportunities are available. Despite the long winded meetings full of fancy words their actions make it seem as though they are doing their absolute best to drive people away. Their promises seem to be just there to keep the loyal ones around just long enough until they can get rid of them.

Pros

* Backed by a large parent company (Amdocs) * Leadership that wants you to succeed

Cons

* Organization structure that leads to a lot of bureaucracy (firewalls, reporting, etc.). * Non-uniform communication channels. Stellar is largely in the Slack ecosystem which is great but support and the parent company are all using different channels to communicate (custom ticketing software and Microsoft Teams).
