Cons
- Integration to parent company has made access to most systems harder or non-existent - Slow sales have made RIFs more frequent - Stability of company and its future is questionable - Leadership has been less and less communicative - Given how you are assigned to a client/project, you may not be doing the role you were hired to do - Raises have not happened in 3 years (and counting). - You now have to pay for all travel, except air, through your personal credit card and create an expense report for reimbursement (air and hotel was previously paid for at the company level). - No real coaching or career mentorship - Re-org announcement from this week communicated that there are job redundancies between Stellar Elements and Amdocs which will result in more layoffs. - Now that we are focusing on being a global company and no longer regional, company culture is at an all time low. The parent company will mass email tons of virtual events but they typically have no substance or conflict with project/client meetings and you cannot attend.
