Change needed - Support Technician Stellar MLS Employee Review

There was a lot of opportunity for growth. I started out as a web developer when I joined in 2018 then grew into a software developer with full support from the team. There were opportunities for staff to transition between departments if they felt they could find a better fit. IT was a very cohesive team and had occasional outings to promote team building.

There were occasional gaps in communication, where it was hard to get the same answer from everyone.

• Stellar MLS will do everything in their power to help you on a personal level. Need time off? No problem! Break your arm? Here's a cast! Training? Sure! • They heavily promote DEI, personal growth and team building, if you're into that sort of thing. • Team members are great people • Compensation matches the market, at least for me, and annual increases are typical. I guess if you're looking for more than a cost of living increase, you'll have a problem.

• Completely incompetent leadership, project management, agile methodologies. If you're a realtor and not a member of Stellar MLS, you are a goon. It's the place to be. Therefore, they have more money than brains. • Zero regard for talent in any capacity. DEI and team building play a heavy role in your existence at Stellar MLS, if not the only role. Be seen. • Busy work and meetings from hell. Micromanagement of busy work and meetings.
