They will hire you, overwork you, and for the amount of money the development group makes… you will not see any of it. There is no path for promotion, bonus, or equity in deals. The culture and middle management is so toxic - as they are all equally underpaid, so you’re set up to make them look good, fail, but definitely not make any equity, bonus or positive path to getting ahead. Nobody stays because of this.
