      You’ll get the opportunity to work on projects for big name companies. The majority of staff members are normal decent people to work with

      Cons

      CEO has hired his pals and put them in senior positions that they do not have the skills and experience for. Low salary's. Micromanagement to a silly level. They often talk about the “Stellar Family”. Big red flag.

      Great clients - interesting financial products to work on

      One of the worst places I’ve ever worked. Boys club is an understatement. Senior level staff in leadership positions because they are pals with the owner (who is more interested in having his companies name on a football kit than anything else

      No career development Managers not interested in staff Poor behaviours shown from top down In over 3 years I’ve not had one appraisal or development discussion with my manager Didn’t know who my manager was for the first year Absolutely no support and little personal communication
